  • To communicate with you about your tenancy, application, or inquiry — by mail, email, phone, or SMS text message where you have opted in

  • To send appointment reminders, maintenance updates, account notifications, and other service-related messages

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent collected for SMS/text messaging purposes are used solely by The Six Properties to communicate with you and are not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
