Required Documents

** We require one rental application per group, and a full set of documents per person.

  • Rental Application; one per group, including any co-signers (submit here)

  • Government Photo ID

  • Credit Report (we suggest

    • If you do not have a credit history, we ask that you attempt to obtain a credit report from Borrowell and submit a screenshot of the error message they present you with​

  • Proof of Income

    • Three Most Recent Pay Stubs AND Employment Letter

  • Letter of Enrollment (only applicable for students)

** Students who are unemployed, would need a co-signer.  The co-signer MUST reside in Ontario.

Once received we will require 1-5 business days to review the documents and conduct our reference checks. Upon approval we will provide you with the Lease Agreement and require you to pay the First Months Rent, Last Months Rent, and $250 Refundable Key Deposit.
