* We require one rental application per person, and a full set of documents per person, including guarantors. *

!! Each person MUST send in their own documents directly, including guarantors!!

• Rental Application; (found here)​

  • Do not mix your guarantors details with your own 

​

•  Government Photo ID 

  • Preferably an Ontario drivers license​

​

• Credit Report with score (we suggest borrowell.com)

  • If you do not have a credit history, we ask that you attempt to obtain a credit report from Borrowell and submit a screenshot of the error message they present you with​

​

• Proof of Income (or letter of enrollment for students)

  • Three Most Recent Pay Stubs AND Employment Letter

  • If self employed; provide NOAs and Business Registration ​​​

It may take 1-5 business days to review the documents and conduct our reference checks.

 

Upon approval we will provide you with the Lease Agreement and require you to pay the:
First Months Rent, Last Months Rent, and $250 Refundable Key Deposit.
