Lindan Gill
Lindan Gill is the Co-founder and Managing Director of THESIX Properties Partnership, a private equity real estate investment business focusing on low-rise residential properties in Toronto’s downtown core.
Previously, Mr. Gill was the Sr. Portfolio Manager Real Estate Investments with Canada Post Pension Plan, where he helped grow the $8 billion real estate portfolio and led their first foray into international markets. He was the Director of Investments at DREAM where he headed the acquisitions team, participated in two IPOs, and underwrote $4.5 billion in transactions.
Mr. Gill began his real estate career with Cadillac Fairview (OTPP) in strategic analysis. Mr. Gill holds a MBA degree from The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and an HBCom degree specializing in sports.
Edward Cheung
Edward Cheung is the Co-Founder of and special advisor to THESIX Properties Partnership.
Mr. Cheung has served in numerous leadership and advisory roles across several leading real estate platforms over the last 20 years. His achievements include managing a multibillion dollar seniors living portfolio, advising on private and public M&A transactions, and lending over $4.5 billion in real estate transactions.
Mr. Cheung earned his MBA from INSEAD and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a systems design engineering degree.
